I Make Plans But God Has The Final Say

That says it all! Even John Lennon reflected on this by saying "Life is what happens while you are busy making other plans".

We think we are ultimately more powerful than we are - small little god's - and that we can control our lives, thoughts, destiny. We try to do this through various philosophies, guru-teachings, celebrity motivational speakers and teachers, science and even religion.

But God has and will always have the final word!

However, His word and plans for our lives - your life - is not punitive (you have enough of that pain and fear already). His thoughts, intentions and words to you are out of love, mercy and grace - to lead you to a place of repentance, change and a new abundant life.

How about allowing yourself time to absorb this love-message. Don't rush away now. Stop! Because the Father through the life of Jesus Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit, is calling you to new beginnings. "Behold I stand at the door of your heart and knock, if you will open up and let me in and believe, I will have supper with you and you with me and you will discover my love for you - and forgiveness of your sin.  Come to me... Lay your burdens down..." - Revelations 3:20; John 3:16 and Matthew 11:28-30
