Live In The Way Jesus Lived - Follow His Example

If someone claims, “I know him well!” but doesn’t keep his commandments, he’s obviously a liar. His life doesn’t match his words. But the one who keeps God’s word is the person in whom we see God’s mature love. This is the only way to be sure we’re in God. Anyone who claims to be intimate with God ought to live the same kind of life Jesus lived. - 1 John 2:6 MSG

If we say that we are living in God's true way, then we must live in the way that Jesus lived. - 1 John 2:6 EASY

This brings me to the day Jesus washed His disciples feet, just before He would be betrayed, suffer and die for the sins of the world to open a way to union with God - satisfying all God's requirements to be reconciled to men.

Jesus challenged us to follow in His example, serve each other and reach the world through love in action.

When he had finished washing the disciples' feet, Jesus put on his coat. He returned to his place at the meal. He asked them, ‘I want you to understand what I have just done to you. You call me Teacher and Lord, and you are right. That is what I am. I am your Teacher and your Lord, but I have washed your feet. So, you also should wash each other's feet.
